HOW TO BE HAPPY WHEN FEELING SAD

HELLO EVERYONE, today I wanted to talk to you guys about sadness, that’s right everyone is always talking about happiness, but not everyone likes to talk about sadness. Why? Because It’s something everyone runs away from, but I’m going to tell you something a little different about sadness, compared what everyone have always told you about it.

SADNESS IS NOT BAD, it really isn’t, I think that everything in life & everything inside of you that you own, is there for a reason.

I believe that you have to experience sadness, so when happiness is available you can enjoy it.

And I believe that things het better. But you know what I really believe, is that you get better, you get stronger, through time you learn to appreciate things, and let go of things that don’t deserve your appreciation.

“IT’S TROUGH ALL OF THAT PAIN, MENTAL BATTLES & STRUGGLES, THAT YOU REALLY LEARN THEĀ  TRUE MEANING OF DANCING IN THE RAIN”.

and when everything is set and done, & you are exactly where you’ve wanted to be all your life. I believe that you’ll look back and see everything so crystal clear.

“EVERYTHING THAT YOU’VE WENT TROUGH IN LIFE, HAPPEN NOT TO BRING YOU DOWN, BUT SIMPLY TO TAKE YOU WHERE YOU WANTED TO BE”.

LIFE IS EASIER WHEN YOU LET GO, AND LISTEN TO YOUR INNER VOICE INSTEAD OF FIGHTING WITH IT.

Everyone always remember to call out or mistakes, but never our highlights, but that’s your job to do, so today I want you to look back, & see all the amazing things you’ve accomplished in your life no matter how little or how big, they’re all important. And I want you to know that you may not be where you want to be TODAY BUT YOU’RE CLOSER THAN YESTERDAY.
